Nidec Electric Motor Serbia was established in Serbia in 2021.

Your responsibilities:
- Create, modify, and optimize measurement programs on Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) according to technical drawings
- Perform measurements of finished products, semi-finished products, components, sub-assemblies, and tools according to the measurement schedule
- Perform measurements of PPAP samples
- Independently carry out CMM measurements and prepare, interpret, and analyze measurement reports
- Prepare measurements for various analyses and actively participate in problem-solving teams
- Create and maintain internal metrology documentation (measurement instructions, procedures, and guidelines)
- Analyze measurement results and propose improvement actions
- Develop and harmonize measurement systems and methods within Nidec and between Nidec and suppliers to ensure reliable and comparable measurement results
- Verify and calibrate measuring machines and devices
- Support the Metrology Engineer in the selection and procurement of measuring equipment
- Participate in MSA studies, capability measurements, calibration activities, and measurement of master samples, including report preparation
- Perform autonomous measurements and reporting on additional devices (roughness tester, contour tester, cylindricity tester, and small measuring tools)
Our requirements:
- IV or VI level of qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in measurement activities and CMM programming in a Geometry or Metrology Laboratory
- Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 17025
- Very good knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Experience with Calypso or MCOSMOS CMM programming software, or equivalent
- Developed communication skills
- Proactive approach to work with strong teamwork abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Basic knowledge of the English language
