EHS Coordinator

We are looking for:

Your responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring and inspection of safety measures across the facility
- Propose and implement workplace improvements to enhance health and safety
- Ensure compliance with legal and company-specific EHS procedures
- Plan, organize, and conduct employee training on EHS topics
- Coordinate periodic inspections and monitor environmental conditions
- Manage fire protection inspections and documentation
- Maintain comprehensive EHS records and prepare annual reports
- Investigate workplace injuries and “near miss” incidents
- Regularly reports to management on occupational health and safety, fire protection, and environmental protection matters
- Holds regular meetings with the employee representative for EHS and with the Factory Safety Committee
- Implements and monitors compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001), ensuring continuous improvement
- Implements and monitors compliance with the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), ensuring continuous improvement
- Prepares and updates the Risk Assessment Act
- Issue permits for hot work, working at heights, equipment relocation, etc.
- Collaborate with health services, external institutions, and regulatory bodies
- Organize and manage waste handling and documentation (Waste Movement Document)
Our requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Protection, or a related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Passed the professional exam for fire protection
- Passed the professional exam for occupational health and safety
- Familiarity with EHS standards and legal framework
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to train others
- Proficient in MS Office
- Intermediate level of English language
