Nidec Corporation is a Japanese company founded in 1973, specialized in the development, manufacturing, and sales of small precision motors, automotive motors, home appliance motors, commercial and industrial motors, motors for machinery, electronic and optical components, and other related products. Nidec Electric Motor Serbia was established in Serbia in 2021.
We are looking for:

Your responsibilities:
- Process and analyze customer orders daily
- Coordinate delivery plans (quantity and timing) with customers via SAP, email, and phone
- Organize outbound transportation and assist in export customs clearance
- Forecast outbound transport costs based on customer orders and contract terms
- Create and manage production plans (long-term, medium-term, and short-term)
- Plan input materials and packaging, ensuring availability for production
- Analyze incoming material orders and coordinate inbound transportation
- Forecast inbound transport costs based on supplier agreements
- Monitor and update logistics parameters in the ERP system (SAP)
- Optimize inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products
- Organize periodic stock checks and ensure accurate reporting
- Prepare reports related to customers, suppliers, and logistics operations
Our requirements:
- University degree of technical or economy science
- 3 or more years of relevant work experience in automotive industry
- Experience in ERP systems SAP and MES would be considered as an asset
- Developed organizational skills
- Developed communication skills
- Developed quick and efficient problem-solving skills
- The ability to see the situation from different aspects
- Advanced knowledge of English
