Nidec Corporation is a Japanese company founded in 1973, specialized in the development, manufacturing, and sales of small precision motors, automotive motors, home appliance motors, commercial and industrial motors, motors for machinery, electronic and optical components, and other related products. Nidec Electric Motor Serbia was established in Serbia in 2021 with the plan of constructing the factory in Novi Sad by the end of 2022 and startup of production in the first quarter of 2023.
Process Engineer
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Defines, maintains and improves production process
- Constantly drives the optimization of the processes from flow of the incoming material to the final product
- Defines machines layout
- Identifies the status of current processes, improves them and provides feedback to the process owners
- Monitors and measures the process results and implements corrective actions
- Monitors major production KPIs
- Participates in the analysis of the production design and prepares FMEA analysis
- Organizes the installation of new machines (setting and commissioning of the machines)
- Provides support in launching new projects and improvement of the existing projects
- Monitors maintenance activities on production machines/tools
- Provides technical support for the selection of the vendors
- Trains and supports colleagues in relation to the processes
- Provides support in external and internal audits
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in the field of technical sciences
- 3 years of experience in relevant field
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Auto Cad, other 3D software would be considered as an advantage
- Fluency in English
