Project Manager e-mobility (m/f/d)
Your Tasks:
- Ensuring & achieving the objectives set at the start of the project.
- Leading the project management team and defining and tracking tasks.
- Responsibility for creating, updating & tracking project planning as well as communicating with customers and/or suppliers
- Risk assessment and initiation of countermeasures
- Regular presentation of project status and phase reviews to management after each project phase
- Ensure compliance with project rules and process standards
- Preparation of the project business case together with the project controlling, as well as the complete profit & loss responsibility for the respective project
How you could excite us:
- You have a degree (Bachelor & Master) in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or have a comparable qualification
- You have about 5 years of experience in project management in the automotive industry
- You have a good understanding of e-motors for e-vehicles or knowledge in HV traction systems, e-motors, e-axles and power electronics is an advantage
- You have in-depth knowledge of automotive processes in the area of development and manufacturing
- Ideally knowledge of functional safety (ISO 26262), modern development methods and relevant project management tools (APQP, MS Project, JIRA/Confluence)
- You inspire us with your team management experience in a matrix organization in an international environment
- You are fluent in German and English and enjoy working in intercultural teams
- An independent and goal-oriented way of working, as well as the ability to work in a team, resilience, flexibility and open communication round off your profile
