Nidec Corporation is a Japanese company founded in 1973, specialized in the development, manufacturing, and sales of small precision motors, automotive motors, home appliance motors, commercial and industrial motors, motors for machinery, electronic and optical components, and other related products. Nidec Electric Motor Serbia was established in Serbia in 2021.
We are looking for:
- Motivated Trading Coordinator to manage the end-to-end trading flow between our European customers and Chinese manufacturing plants.
- Professional individual who will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer service across our supply chain.
Your responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete order-to-replenishment process from European customers through Chinese production to European warehouses
- Coordinate demand planning, replenishment, and production schedules with Sales, Supply Chain, and Plant Planning teams
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels across multiple warehouses and consignment stock locations
- Drive logistics cost efficiency, including freight, transport, and warehousing
- Ensure EU customs and trade compliance, managing duties, documentation, and bonded stock processes
- Ensure high customer service levels by monitoring on-time delivery, lead times, and fill rates
- Provide structured reporting and performance analysis using ERP/SAP systems
- Collaborate across teams in Europe and China to support continuous process improvement
Our requirements:
- University degree, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or economics
- Strong understanding of logistics flows, inventory management, and customs procedures
- Proven track record in cost optimization initiatives
- Excellent analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Results-oriented mindset, high ownership, and accountability
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
