Nidec Corporation is a Japanese company founded in 1973, specialized in the development, manufacturing, and sales of small precision motors, automotive motors, home appliance motors, commercial and industrial motors, motors for machinery, electronic and optical components, and other related products. Nidec Electric Motor Serbia was established in Serbia in 2021.
We are looking for:
- Organized and analytical person with a strong understanding of logistics planning processes
- Communicative team player who can coordinate effectively between customers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Problem solver with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and optimization of resources
Your responsibilities:
- Check, validate and analyze customer orders on a daily basis and ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Manage proper processing and analysis of customer order fluctuations
- Align and confirm delivery schedules (quantity and timing) with customers daily via SAP, e-mail, and phone communication
- Organize outgoing transports (regular and special) from the factory to customers, in line with contractual agreements
- Create long-, medium-, and short-term production plans based on defined parameters and material availability
- Plan input parameters (materials and packaging) for suppliers using returnable packaging
- Analyze orders of input materials issued to vendors
- Organize inbound transports (regular and special) according to agreed Incoterms, and coordinate inbound customs clearance
- Create, check, and update all logistics parameters daily in the ERP system
- Manage input and output packaging data within the ERP system
- Maintain knowledge of warehouse operations related to material tracking from receipt to dispatch
- Prepare warehouse space projections for upcoming periods (raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods) for assigned projects
- Organize periodic stock checks for materials, semi-finished, and finished products for assigned projects
- Participate in semi-annual and annual inventory activities
Our requirements:
- University degree in Economics, Logistics, or a related technical field
- 2 or more years of relevant work experience
- Developed organizational and communication skills
- MS Office – advanced level
- Previous work experience in the automotive industry desirable
- Fluency in English language
