PFMEA Moderator
We are looking for:
- A proactive and detail-oriented Engineer with a strong analytical mindset and high attention to quality
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across functions
- A structured and improvement-oriented professional, eager to learn, take ownership, and support continuous improvement initiatives
Your responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain PFMEA documentation for existing and new projects using APiS software, in alignment with the immediate supervisor
- Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional PFMEA workshops, involving stakeholders from relevant departments
- Ensure PFMEA documentation accurately reflects actual production processes and current manufacturing conditions
- Support the creation and maintenance of production documentation, including Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, and Work Instructions
- Actively support new project launches and continuous improvement of existing manufacturing processes
- Continuously develop understanding of product functionality, production processes, and customer requirements
- Provide training and support to colleagues regarding PFMEA methodology and related processes
- Support internal and external audits (IATF, customer, and internal audits)
Our requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field of technical sciences or quality management
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of APiS software will be considered an advantage
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to read technical drawings
- MS Office - Advanced level
- Fluency in English language
