We are looking for:

  • Strategic and hands-on engineering leader passionate about developing efficient, reliable, and innovative production systems
  • Professional with a strong background in industrialization, process optimization, and advanced manufacturing technologies
  • Results-driven individual focused on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and strict adherence to quality and safety standards

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead the specification, design, and supervision of the launch of new production lines
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to industrialize and start up production processes (engine production and plastic injection molding)
  • Organize activities to solve process and quality issues arising during production line development and implementation
  • Prepare and supervise the annual machinery and tool investment budget, and manage the machinery industrialization budget
  • Oversee the preparation of bids and feasibility studies for new projects together with project and management teams
  • Plan workforce requirements in line with automation projects in production
  • Cooperate with departments such as logistics, procurement, quality, and product development in the implementation of industrialization and production tasks
  • Define and continuously improve working standards and production procedures
  • Coordinate test production, testing, and validation activities for new projects
  • Prepare and approve process documentation necessary for production line start-up
  • Supervise the creation of technological documentation (PFMEA, Control Plan, process flow)
  • Optimize the production process during the specification, design, and order phases
  • Provide functional support to the team of production engineers
  • Approves and monitors measures to improve key production KPIs (OEE, scrap percentage, machine cycle time)
  • Defines working standards and works to improve them

Our requirements:

  • University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related field)
  • At least 3 years of experience in production or process engineering
  • Proven leadership and experience in industrialization, production line commissioning, and process optimization
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in budget planning and project management
  • Familiarity with IATF standards and quality system requirements
  • Fluency in English language
