Project Manager

We are looking for:
- A proactive Project Manager with strong leadership skills and a results-driven mindset
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- An organized and improvement-oriented professional, eager to take ownership, manage risks and changes, and drive projects to successful completion
Your responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all project activities within the plant
- Ensure achievement of the Quality Cost Delivery and Management (QCDM) targets
- Lead cross-functional project teams and define daily tasks and priorities
- Create, update, and follow project planning and timelines
- Act as the main contact for customers and internal stakeholders regarding project status
- Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks and changes
- Prepare and present regular project status updates and phase review
- Coordinate and implement project changes with engineering, procurement, logistics, quality, and sales
- Develop, evaluate and release the project business cases (CAA)
- Creates and implements procedures for changes on all projects in the pre-series and series production phases
- Communicates with the customer regarding changes in serial and sample production
Our requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Technical Sciences
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Advanced level of MS Office
- Advanced level of English
