Nidec Corporation is a Japanese company founded in 1973, specialized in the development, manufacturing, and sales of small precision motors, automotive motors, home appliance motors, commercial and industrial motors, motors for machinery, electronic and optical components, and other related products. Nidec Electric Motor Serbia was established in Serbia in 2021.
We are looking for:
- Experienced logistics professional
- Good communicator with developed analytics skills

Your responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and analyze data from logistics processes with the aim of identifying weak points and proposing measures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase the reliability of the supply chain
- Analyze material flows, transportation, and storage through KPIs and other metrics
- Prepare detailed reports and analyses to identify the causes of delays, downtime, and unnecessary costs
- Propose and implement solutions to optimize logistics processes (Lean, automation, digitalization)
- Create and maintain databases and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, ERP systems)
- Monitor market trends and best practices in logistics to implement innovations
- Cooperate with different departments and external partners in order to implement proposals for improvement
- Regularly report to management on the effects of proposed and implemented measures
Our requirements:
- University degree in Logistics, Economics or Technical science
- 5 years in Logistics in automotive industry
- Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
- MS Office and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar) – advanced level
- Analytical and critical thinking, ability to spot patterns and trends in data
- Good understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma - advantage)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (especially in presenting analysis results to management).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
