Nidec Corporation is a Japanese company founded in 1973, specialized in the development, manufacturing, and sales of small precision motors, automotive motors, home appliance motors, commercial and industrial motors, motors for machinery, electronic and optical components, and other related products. Nidec Electric Motor Serbia was established in Serbia in 2021.
We are looking for:
- Dynamic and proactive Controller who thrives on delivering results and turning data into actionable business insights
- A professional who act as a trusted business partner with hands-on experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
Your responsibilities:
- Act as a key link between finance, sales, and production, ensuring smooth collaboration and data-driven decision making
- Provide analyses and insights that directly influence pricing strategy, profitability, and global growth
- Prepare weekly sales forecasts in cooperation with KAMs and sales coordinators
- Independently create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the sales division, including P&L and balance sheet analysis
- Support global price setting and alignment with production sites abroad
- Ensure proper application of intercompany agreements and assist in contract renewals
- Deliver timely variance reports and actionable insights to support strategic decisions
Our requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales controlling focusing on key indicators analysis (volumes, prices, profitability, inventory)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and hands-on experience in product costing
- Experience in global supply chain organizations is an advantage
- Advanced SAP R/3 FI/CO skills; BI tools knowledge is a plus
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English
